You MUST RSVP via the website form (even if you've been here before) no later than noon the day of the party

Age range is 21 - 60 years (no one under 21 will be allowed entry)

San Diego Party House reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to any guest

Couples who arrive together, leave together

No illegal drugs or illegal activity allowed on or near premises

Be respectful of other guests, our neighbors, and your hosts

No touching or joining others without asking and receiving consent

No admittance after 9:15 p.m. (unless permission is expressly given by hosts)

No re-entry (unless permission is expressly given by hosts)

No camera devices of any type (designated area for cell phone calls - otherwise turn off)

Smoking available OUTSIDE ONLY

Do not follow anyone around the house - give people their space to enjoy

Please pick-up after yourselves - it's the polite thing to do

When saying no, please do so with kindness and clarity - no need to be rude
You will be asked to sign the following waiver the first time you visit our home:

Events put on by SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE are private events by invitation only. Topics may include sexuality. You agree and acknowledge that you may be exposed to such topics and related, also nudity and sexual contact that you do not find this offensive to you.
YOU and SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE are void of any court order, maintain privacy of all guests and not reveal any names, (give or sell) to others.
YOU also agree not to photograph or record with out written consent and permission by member or management of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE.
YOU agree NOT to reveal the location or activities held by or at SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE.
YOU understand donations to SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE are not for any sexual activity that you or others may witness or engage in while at SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE and/or any events.
YOU must not engage in any and all illegal activity of any kind at/on/or around the premise of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE including use or possession of any illegal drugs of any kind.
YOU understand any act of sex termed illegal by the State of California will not be performed in any way while attending SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE.
YOU agree to waive any liability of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE or staff and hold SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE harmless for any injury or loss that may occur to YOU while participating in any and all functions at or event of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE. Unless injury or loss is due to intentional acts of negligence on the part of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE.
YOU agree to waive any liability of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE or staff for any damages, theft, or the like to all items YOU bring into SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE or events, this includes vehicles.
YOU understand while drinking is allowed, YOU alone are responsible for your own actions and as such, agree to hold SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE/management/staff free of any responsibility for YOUR actions, including, but not limited to disorderly conduct, drunk driving, etc. Should you become intoxicated and refuse to turn over your keys till time deemed you are able to drive without being a danger to yourself or others, we will contact the police.
YOU understand all state, federal and local laws apply and as such hold SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE/management/staff free of any liability associated with any illegal activity.
YOU expressly agree that your application to become a guest of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE constitutes an agreement with terms and conditions stated above, and that YOU understand and agree to all the rules stated above by SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE and this agreement will not be amended in any way.
YOU agree to abide by all the rules/waiver of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE and all directives by its board or management. BY RSVPing for a function, you agree to the Waiver & Rules of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE.
BY RSVPing for an event, you agree you've read, understood, and will follow the rules, and agree to the Waiver of SAN DIEGO PARTY HOUSE.
